Shama Patel, PhD
Shama is the founder of Drive Change and an adjunct faculty at NYU Stern School of Business, where she was awarded the Provost's Postdoctoral Faculty Fellowship. She spent two decades in management consulting — as a Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers, an Associate Partner and Global CRM Aviation Practice Leader at Accenture, and Managing Director in Corporate Strategy at United Airlines — before bringing that experience into Drive Change, where she has grown the client base across retail, finance, non-profit, and entrepreneurial firms. She holds a Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School, where she studied how digital media drives organizational and societal change, and continues to teach and research digital strategy and AI-driven transformation. This combination of consulting experience and scholarly rigor is what she brings to every engagement: helping leaders navigate profound change in the age of AI with discipline and humanity.
